McNamara/Troy is the plastic surgery practice owned and operated by Sean McNamara and Christian Troy. The office was located in Miami, Florida and later moved to Los Angeles, California
McNamara/Troy also employs the services of their head anesthesiologist, Liz Cruz. They had also temporarily employed the services of plastic surgeon, Dr. Quentin Costa.
They have gained fame and notoriety for their pro-bono work on the victims of The Carver, a serial-slasher who terrorized the Miami area. They have also had to face the public slander of former patients like Bobbi Broderick.
The practice was later named Troy/Cruz after Chrsitan dissolved the partnership so that Sean could pursuit his life long dream of helping people in need. He traveled to Bucharest with his "son" Rafael
